Healthy Peppermint Mocha

Now, in my adult years there has yet to be a winter where I haven’t craved a peppermint mocha.  This year, I tried making my own healthier version so I could still indulge without the guilt.  Simply create your coffee as you normally would–pour coffee, add cream and sweeten it up.  Then I added 2 small spoonfuls of organic hot cocoa, and about 3 drops of peppermint oil.  Voila! Peppermint mocha without any weird syrups or artificial-ness!  Happy Kailo Christmastime!

My ingredients: Newman’s Own K-cup, Organic Hot Cocoa, Organic Valley Half & Half, Sweet Leaf Liquid Stevia, Simply Organic Peppermint Flavor. Yum!
