If you get sick…

…which I did…3 times this season…and I am not happy about it.  However, it is a part of life and to make life go a little more smoothly post-stomach bug, I suppose it is a good idea to eat the right foods that will help you get back on track.  I came across this article in my search to find out what I should eat today, and it looks like the top 3 winners were bananas, whole grain toast, and soup.
