Ok so this doesn’t look like the most appetizing treat in the world, but I can tell you that it is delish! Even my 1 year old approved and wanted more.
What is it? Carrots, apples, and salad greens. I had a bag of spinach/spring greens that was about to expire (the sell by date was yesterday) and there was no way I could eat it all. Thankfully I had some apples that I needed to use up and a bag of forgotten baby carrots I bought last week to combine it all for a wonderful, nutrition-filled combination! Yes, my juicer takes up a lot of room on my counter, but when I actually use it, it creates wonderful concoctions. Juicing is a great way to get a ton of nutrition into your body.
