- Chewing gum loaded with artificial sugar.
- Drinking diet soda (drink Zevia if you must).
- Putting Splenda in your coffee.
- Falling for words on packages that say “light”, “low-fat”, “sugar-free”, “all natural”, or “organic”.
- Using anti-bacterial soap/hand sanitizer multiple times a day.
- Obsessing about calories.
- Losing weight fast.
Ok I am ready for it. I know this short list has left some of you upset, perplexed, and _______. It’s time for you to fill in the blank and let me know your thoughts. I will probably expand on my reasoning behind some of these things in another post, but for now would like to hear what you have to say.
