Real Food = Good Food

In my house, if it doesn’t taste good, it doesn’t get eaten.  My husband used to make fun of my healthy food options, saying they taste like cardboard.  However, I have discovered that real, healthy food does not have to be tasteless and bland.  I am thankful for a cookbook that uses normal, real food ingredients for recipes that are good.  The first new recipe from 100 Days of Real Food that I tried was for peanut butter cookies — and it was a winner!  Thank you to those who followed my blog by email to enter for a chance to win Lisa Leake’s cookbook.  The winner is Amy!
